This policy explains what personal information TCS Family Mart collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can control it.

1. What we collect

When you order: name, mobile number, district, thana / area, address, email (optional), order note, the products you bought and the amount.
If you create an account: the above plus your login details (your password is stored encrypted; we can’t see it).
If you sign up for offer SMS: your mobile number and the date you agreed.
When you write a review: your name and review text.
Technical: your IP address and basic browser information for security (for example, to stop spam and abuse), and cookies needed for the cart, login and language choice.

2. Why we use it

To confirm, pack, deliver and support your order, and to handle returns and refunds
To answer your questions and complaints
To send offer SMS — only if you signed up
To keep the website secure and keep the records the law requires

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

Courier companies (for example Steadfast, Pathao or RedX): your name, mobile, address and the amount to collect — only to deliver your parcel.
SMS provider: your mobile number, only to send order or offer messages you agreed to.
Our website host: the website and its data are stored on our hosting provider’s servers, which may be outside Bangladesh, under contract to keep them secure.
Government authorities, only when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Order records: 6 years, as business-record rules require.
Offer SMS list: until you unsubscribe.
Account: until you ask us to delete it (order records are kept for the period above).
Security logs: up to 90 days.

5. Your choices and rights

Ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
Ask us to delete your account and the information we don’t need to keep by law.
Withdraw your consent to offer SMS at any time — reply STOP or call us. Withdrawing doesn’t affect your orders.

To make a request, call 01XXX-XXXXXX or email (email coming soon). We will check it is really you (for example by calling the mobile number on the order) and reply within 72 hours.

6. Security

The website uses HTTPS. Only our own staff can see orders, each with their own login. No method is 100% secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you.

7. Children

Orders should be placed by adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Big changes will be shown on the website.
