Delivery & charges
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh with Cash on Delivery.

The charge is added automatically at checkout from the district you choose, so you always see the final total before placing the order.
How delivery works
- After you order, we call you to confirm. Orders are packed only after confirmation.
- We hand the parcel to our courier partner (or our own rider inside Chandpur). You can follow it on Track order.
- The rider calls you before arriving. Please keep your phone on.
- Open and check the product in front of the rider, then pay the amount shown on your order.
Good to know
- Delivery time counts from the day we confirm your order. Fridays, government holidays, Eid and bad weather can add a day or two; we will tell you if your order is delayed.
- If we can’t reach you to confirm after two tries within 24 hours, the order is cancelled. You can always order again.
- If the rider can’t reach you, the courier tries again the next working day.
- If the product is wrong or damaged, don’t accept it — return it to the rider and you pay nothing. Then call us and we will send the right item.
- If you refuse a correct, undamaged parcel at the door, please pay the delivery charge to the rider. Repeated refusals may mean we ask for the delivery charge in advance next time.
